Texts min. height : 7mm ( for any graphic or texts that are smaller kindly check with our graphic specialist)

Our standard production lead time is 1 working day upon you received the acknowledgement e-mail from us which inform you that your files are ready to send for printing.

Once the print is ready, our OTS (Order Tracking System) will automatically send you an e-mail on the states of your print.

For printing with die cut, collection time will be advised by our specialist upon your order.

Due to certain circumstance or system error, collection time might be delayed, updates will be provided.
